Any unauthorized use of IP Address may result in withdrawal or termination of service.

AKD Network Pvt Ltd at any time may modify OTT Subscription fees which will become effective at the end of the current Billing Cycle.
OTT service is purely billed on a subscription plan basis & will be billed in advance.
AKD Network Pvt Ltd will not be liable, if for any reason any OTT Service is unavailable at any time or for any period.
AKD Network Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel, modify, and suspend the OTT service in the event of any unforeseen circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
